Garage Equipment and Other Large Items

Delivery

Our garage equipment is usually dispatched within 2-5 working days (providing they are in stock) on an economy delivery service unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery to a mainland UK address is calculated at the basket; additional charges may apply for large or bulky items.

If you are located outside mainland UK please contact us for a delivery quote. Some very large items such as lifting equipment and commercial vehicle tyre changers will incur an extra delivery charge.

Collection

Collection of machines from our National Distribution Centre on the outskirts of Peterborough must be booked. If you have not pre-booked a collection slot you will not be allowed on site. Before collecting you must also ensure one of the following has been agreed:

1. 1. Pay by card (Chip and Pin) on collection
   2. Pay by cash on collection
   3. Order and pay by card online using 3D secure
   4. Make a BACS payment 48 hours prior to collection quoting your customer or order reference number (please contact us if you are unsure of your reference number)
   5. Order and pay by card online (not using 3D secure), bring the payment card and 2 forms of ID on collection

Please note: Some items are not stocked in our warehouse. For items coming from a different location please allow for a slight delay. You will be informed of any delays if applicable.

Spare/ Replacement  Equipment Parts

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery, all orders are subject to a minimum £12.50+vat delivery charge.

The parcel must be under 30kg and in one box. Large orders which require multiple boxes or palletising may be subject to further carriage charges.

Any orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered within 2 working days unless otherwise advised. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact the team on 01527 883 580 for more information.

Tyre Consumables and Small Stocked Items

Order daily Monday to Friday and receive FREE 2-3 day delivery on all online orders over £50 (excluding VAT) delivered to a mainland UK address (excluding Scottish Islands, Highlands, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland)***.

The parcel must be under 30kg and in one box. Large orders which require multiple boxes or palletising may be subject to further carriage charges. Any orders placed after 3 pm will be delivered within 2 working days unless otherwise advised. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge.

We offer international delivery on the majority of items.

Bank Holiday Ordering

Our warehouse is closed during bank holidays. All orders placed during these periods will be dispatched as soon as our staff return to work.
